Building Bridges, Bringing Hope ... in New Orleans

This Saturday, June 9, 63 First Baptist Nashville students and adults will load buses for their annual Choir Tour/Mission Trip. Our team will travel again this year to New Orleans, LA, with several tour stops along the way. During their 9-day journey, they will perform in 5 churches and 3 retirement centers, work with New Orleans Baptist Crossroads Habitat for Humanity project, lead sports camps and Bible studies for children in a New Orleans park, participate in a New Orleans Community Volunteer worship experience, touch lives, make memories and deepen relationships.

The group returns home on Sunday, June 17, and will perform their home concert at 6:00 that evening in the sanctuary. Following the service, they will share their mission trip experiences in the Fellowship Hall while everyone enjoys Summer Sundae Night Fellowship time. Keep our students and adults in your prayers as they build bridges of hope to the people of New Orleans, and plan to join us on June 17 as we share the fruits of our labor.
